They will provide an overview of the fintech industry, explain some of the fundamental technologies on which fintech products/services are based along with the significance of the fintech industry.

Ariana KyprianouOperations Manager - Financial Partnerships at RevolutPreviously a Business Analyst at UniCredit for 3 years, I currently run the day to day operations for the Financial Partnerships team at Revolut since February 2020. Part of my job is to build and maintain long term relationships with our Financial Institution partners. Among others, I am responsible for all bank account openings/closures for all Revolut entities and ensuring that our partners adherence to Vendor Management policies and procedures.
Among others, my main aims are the building and optimising of scalable processes to help the team to grow as well as working on strategic initiatives; prioritising the team projects and setting timelines to reach goals quickly and efficiently. -
Charlie HuPartner of Candaq Fintech Group, Co-founder of PolkaBase CommunityCharlie has more than 7 years of experience in the construction and operation of the technical community since he joined the Bitcoin community in 2013. He has many entrepreneurial projects and successful venture equity launch experience. He has successfully invested and incubated dozens of blockchain technology projects. He was responsible for the construction of innovation ecology in Rockstart, the most famous accelerator in the Netherlands. Apart from that, he also takes the lead for the translation and simultaneous interpretation in Polkadot China. Charlie is a WEF Global Shaper and a member of Beijing Hub. He undertook his bachelor studies at Beijing Foreign Studies University and acquired a Master’s degree from Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
