No More New Year’s Resolutions: From Awareness to Action
Learning Goals
- Cultivate the right habits
- Build your vision board
- Visualise & become your best future self
As you know, 2021 is just around the corner!
The arrival of a new year, with its clean slate, gives us another shot at getting things right or at least making them better.
Several pieces of researches and surveys, though, find that the failure rate for New Year’s resolutions is about 80%!
What can we do to set clear goals, build the right habits and achieve what we aspire?
Join us next Wednesday, December 30, to get some practical tools to help you get on track and get closer to realising your goals!
Through an interactive 60-minute workshop facilitated by Hsu Kang Li, a seasoned entrepreneur and avid writer, we will role-play, brainstorm, and explore how we can become the person we aspire to be.
The workshop will be split into 3 parts:
1. Thoughts
2. Words
3. Behaviours, Actions and Habits
Say goodbye to New Year’s Resolutions and turn your goals into reachable and actionable habits!
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”, Aristotle.
